Super Snack Cake Mix
Super Snack Cake Mix is a snap to prepare and even quicker to enjoy over and over again. Pre-portion the mix into individual storage containers to use when you need a quick treat. With this one master mix, multiple snack cake recipes can be prepared at a fraction of the cost, compared to store-bought mixes. Snack cakes are perfect to take in to the office, or eaten as a sweet finish to a weeknight meal.

Ingredients
8–3/4 cups all-purpose flour
5–1/4 cups granulated sugar
2 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. salt (table or kosher)
Instructions
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir well with a wire whisk until everything is incorporated. Store in a large, tightly sealed container, or portion into six smaller containers, about 2-1/3 cups each. In a dry, cool place, Super Snack Cake Mix can be stored for up to 3 months. Remember to write the preparation date on the container(s).
