2 ounces blonde or dark rum (We love Papa’s Pilar!)
1/2 ounce Amaretto liqueur
2 ounces pineapple juice
Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker and rocks cocktail glass each halfway with crushed ice. Pour all ingredients into the cocktail shaker. Shake for 15 to 30 seconds. Strain drink into the rocks cocktail glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
