It’s perfect for chilly nights sitting by the fire and for those not watching their diets. Half-and-half makes this a smooth sipping cocktail that will satisfy your sweet tooth cravings for a chocolate and almond combination. Please enjoy responsibly though. These pack a punch!

Ingredients
2 oz. vanilla vodka
2 oz. amaretto
1 oz. creme de cacao
1 oz. half-and-half
1/4 cup white or milk chocolate chips, for garnish if desired*
2 to 3 tbsp. sweetened flaked coconut, for garnish if desired*
Instructions
Microwave the white or milk chocolate chips in a shallow, wide dish for 30 seconds or until melted. Stir. Rim the edge of a martini glass in melted chocolate. Let sit momentarily and roll rim in flaked coconut. Place glass in freezer for a couple of minutes to set the chocolate.*
Fill a cocktail shaker half-way with ice cubes. Pour in vodka, amaretto, creme de cacao and half-and-half. Shake for about 30 seconds. Strain into garnished martini glass. Serve.
Notes
*If you do not want a fancied up drink, skip these steps altogether. A simple garnish of shaved chocolate can be sprinkled over the top of the drink, if desired.
