Who doesn’t love America’s favorite chocolate sandwich cookie with a cold glass of milk? Paired together in a cake filling, cookies ‘n’ cream is superb! If you can whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and crush cookies, you can make this childhood-inspired filling. I regularly layer Cookies ‘n’ Cream Filling in our family favorite birthday cake, Mocha Bourbon Birthday Cake, but it’s tasty with my Sour Cream White Cake, or in your favorite yellow or chocolate cake recipes.
